Eligibility
- Any ADA member dentist is eligible to participate as a recruiter.
- Any degreed dentist who was not an ADA member in 2023 can be recruited.
- Renewing members (who were members in 2023), dental students, and retired dentists are not eligible to be recruited.
Participation
- Newly recruited members must list the recruiter’s name and contact information as a referral on the membership application at ADA.org/join.
- ADA member recruiters will receive an email notification after the referred dentist has been accepted into membership.
- A raffle entry for periodic drawings will be awarded for each new, active member recruited. Recruiters will receive a chance to win a 7-day Hawaiian cruise for every five new recruited members. Recruit 25 new members and automatically win a “Super Recruiter” prize! See below for additional details.
Prizes
- Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive their choice of:
- Round trip airfare for two (2) from winner’s location to Hawaii and a 7-day Hawaiian interisland cruise for two (2) (with an ARV of $7,500)
- Up to $7,500 to apply to another trip for two (2) from the AHI Travel catalog, or
- A check for $3,500
Any trip must be taken before December 31, 2025.
- Periodic Prizes: Each winner of a Periodic Drawing will receive their choice of:
- An ADA Prize Package from the ADA Store with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,000
- Products valued up to $1,000 from ADABEI-endorsed providers, or
- A check for $500
- Super Recruiter Prize: Any member who earns at least 25 entries into the Periodic Drawings will receive the prize package from the ADA store with an ARV of $1,000 as described above.
Recognition
- All recruiters will be recognized at SmileCon® 2024. Top recruiters will receive additional recognition.
- Quarterly winners and top recruiters will be announced in ADA Morning Huddle.
